The intention of the workshop:
Would you like to go deep and see the beauty that exists in you, and remove all the layers that hide this beauty?
When you start to trust yourself, you start to trust life and universal flow. Real trust must be based on something immutable, permanent, and therefore trustworthy. This base is within you.
You will find all the answers to your questions in the movements that happen in your body, and one of them is called Breathing.
You can control what you believe and, breathing is the key to opening the possibilities here and now in silence.
Let’s bring this awareness of breath with the traditional practice of Yin Yoga, Breathwork and meditation and collectively dive into the ocean of infinite possibilities to manifest the things you are looking at.
Breif about what we will be doing
Yin Yoga incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods.
Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the conto increase circulation in the joints and improveth the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
Breathwork and Meditation which includes the following pointers:
- Prayers (Opening /Closing)
- Pranayama/ Breathwork
- Chanting- Mantras
- Guiding through Meditation

Swapnil is from India. Contemporary artist (dancer), teacher / practitioner of Ashtanga yoga, yin yoga and meditation.
He has spent more than 15 years exploring and training in different styles of Yoga, starting with Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Acro, Iyengar, Restorative, and Power Yoga.
